Over Smoke is a limited release of just 987 bottles, from three ‘STR ROS’ casks. STR casks are a core part of White Peak's wood program and flavour profile.
The three STR casks selected for this release have all been through an extra process of ‘re-charred over smoke (ROS)’ that was specified with the cooperage.
Over Smoke has been fully matured in these STR ROS casks and bottled at 53.1% ABV.
