Distilled at the Macallan distillery in Speyside, this release is the first of The Harmony Collection a new series in collaboration with world renowned pastry chef, Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca.
Maturation took place in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and was bottled at a 44% ABV.
