A Lovely Single Malt from an Orkney Distillery (heavily rumoured to be Highland Park) and the first release in North Star Spirits Periodical Collection. Matured for 12 years & bottled from a single refill puncheon at 50% abv.
In a break from North Stars usual bottling style, the Periodical Series are presented in beautiful old style 50cl medicine bottles as were used by whisky merchants way back.
Just 424 bottles were produced for the first Periodical and we've been lucky enough to source a few, as they were snapped up very quickly on release.
