It's the first batch of Black Gate single malt whisky to be independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Founded is New South Wales, Black Gate is helmed by the husband and wife team of Brain and Genise Hollingworth, and it's not just Australian whisky they produce - they also make Australian rum, too! This expression here is a well-sherried single malt, and features Frankie the dachshund on the label herding some emu, as well as a lark (in reference to Bill Lark, whom Brian studied the art of distillation under).
