An independent, family owned farm distillery, based in South Ayrshire. This is their Inaugural release, made using barley from their own farm, and aged in a combination of 1st fill bourbon & Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Although a new distillery, this has been a farming area for quite some time. Scotland's National Poet Robert Burns spent his formative years living and working on the land in this area (1777-1784).
