Eden Mill St Andrews 2021 Release

In 2012, former Molson Coors sales director Paul Miller opened Eden Brewery - later rebranded as Eden Mill - on the site of an old paper mill by Seggie distillery which was previously opened and operated by the Haig family in the 1800s. The distillery mainly produces malt whisky - though while we wait on its whisky, Eden Mill's gin is delicious and very popular - but keeps its production to a limit of just eight barrel-fillings a week.

This is the 2021 Edition of Eden Mills St Andrews Single Malt, Only 800 bottles produced.
