Torabhaig Owner's Reserve Single Cask #311 Bottle No1 Signed

Torabhaig is the first whisky distillery to be built on the Isle of Skye in 190 years, and the second ever to be granted a licence to distil on the island. The distillery is housed in a converted 19th century farmstead fed by nearby burns Allt Breacach and Allt Gleann. The renovation project began in 2014 and three years later, in 2017, the first spirit flowed from the stills.

Torabhaig Owner's Reserve, a private bottling drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength. This was distilled in January 2017 from Concerto barely and matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel before bottling at 61.9% ABV. This is bottle number 001 signed by the Distillery team. The Owner's Reserve never went on general sale.
