Tasting Notes: Raspberry jam, candied grapefruit and buttered toast aromas and flavors. This first fill Red Wine Cask was filled in October 2017, bottled in January 2023 with 100% organic Scottish barley and Anchor and Fermentis yeasts. Bottled at 51.4% ABV with a natural color and no chill-filtering. This release was exclusively available at select Independent Scottish retailers.
