Matured in a first fill ex-bourbon cask before moving to a first fill ex-tequila cask, Aon 17-329 is bright and wild with notes of toasted vanilla, juicy peaches and bittersweet tea. Their use of tequila barrels is particularly exciting, since they are the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky to be bottled from an ex-tequila cask! On release there were only 289 bottles to go around & they sold out incredibly fast.
