This 5 year old whisky is the first from the Australian distillery to be bottled by the Boutique-y bunch, and it's an intriguingly peaty drop. The label features the distillery's founder David Baker, and his son Andrew, dressed like a couple of characters from a rather popular TV show - a reference to David's history as a chemistry teacher. Yeah, science!
